About our Presenter:
Ben Clayton is a local owner-operator with Chick-fil-A, currently leading the Saratoga Springs location, which he has operated for the past three years. Prior to that, he spent four years operating the University Mall location, where he developed a strong foundation in team leadership, operational excellence, and customer experience.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Ben also brings professional experience from Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial ventures before joining Chick-fil-A. He is passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams, and creating environments where both guests and team members feel genuinely cared for. He believes that consistent, intentional hospitality is the key to building lasting customer loyalty and long-term business success.
